Paddling on the Wild & Scenic Loxahatchee River is a fun way to spend part of your holiday season.

JUPITER OUTDOOR CENTER rents canoes and single and tandem kayaks.

Hire one of our experienced, friendly guides to show you the wildlife, nature, fragrances and colors along the river that winds under the shade of towering cypress trees.

Or paddle out on your own and explore.

JOC supplies the paddlers, life vests and equipment.

You just show up and have fun.

Rather Pedal Than Paddle?

Miles and miles of crushed-shell bicycle trails under the shade of tall trees await you when you take a holiday riding adventure at Riverbend Park.

Sawfish Bay Park and the Juno Beach Pier — all 990 feet of it — are open on Christmas Day.

Fishing isn’t the only activity at both these incredible outdoor parks.

Sightseeing. Strolling. Watching the world, the surfers, sea turtles, fish, clouds and the birds go by.

Those are wonderful ways to unwind during the hectic holidays.

Decompress at DuBois

Swing, fishing, grilling, building sand castles, snorkeling in the kiddie pool, watching the boats come in and out of the Jupiter Inlet — it’s never boring at DuBois Park, one of the prettiest parks in Palm Beach County.

Parking was free ant the park on the beautiful Jupiter Inlet.

WARNING: Get there early if you want a parking space.
