Highlights

This is not just a shuttle — it’s the key to doing one of the most memorable one-way paddles in South Florida. Launch from Riverbend and experience a longer stretch of the Wild & Scenic Loxahatchee River, then ride back without having to arrange your own car shuffle.

What makes this trip especially unique is the setting. Riverbend gives guests access to the Wild & Scenic Loxahatchee, one of only two rivers in Florida included in the National Wild & Scenic River System, with winding tea-colored water, cypress-lined banks, and a true Old Florida feel that is hard to find anymore.

Jupiter Outdoor Center also highlights that it is the only authorized outfitter on the Lower Loxahatchee, which helps set this experience apart from a standard rental or generic shuttle service. This is a route tied directly to one of the area’s signature natural treasures.

Along the way, guests can enjoy wildlife, quiet scenery, and the option to stop near the legendary Trapper Nelson area, adding a little history and character to the day instead of just point-A-to-point-B paddling. It’s a full adventure, not just transportation with a paddle attached.

Turn your rental into a true point-to-point river adventure. This shuttle makes it easy to enjoy the full one-way paddle from Riverbend without the hassle of arranging your own return ride with equipment transport.

The route follows the Wild & Scenic Loxahatchee River, one of only two federally designated Wild & Scenic rivers in Florida. Expect winding tea-colored water, towering cypress, and a peaceful stretch of Old Florida that feels worlds away from the usual South Florida pace.

Jupiter Outdoor Center is also promoted as the only authorized outfitter on the Lower Loxahatchee, giving guests rare commercial access to one of the area’s most iconic paddling environments.

This experience is ideal for guests who want more than a short out-and-back rental. With wildlife, local history, and the chance to stop at Trapper Nelson’s homestead, it offers a fuller and more memorable day on the river.
