Got a sea turtle lover on your gift list?

LMC is the place.

All purchases made in LMC’s gift store directly benefit the rehabilitation and research of endangered and threatened sea turtles. Dollars also promote ocean conservation.

LMC’s gift store offers sustainable, locally made, and handcrafted arts, crafts and clothing.

Each year, LMC supporters help rehabilitate more than 100 sea turtle patients and 1,000 hatchlings.

Starting at $40, you can adopt an injured sea turtle. Your contribution provides the food, medication, hospital care and tank maintenance critical to its health.

FLORIDA TRAIL ASSOCIATION

For hikers on your gift list, try an annual membership to FTA. Besides organizing local and statewide paddling and hiking adventures, they build, maintain, and protect the Florida trail system.

Trails aren’t just for hikers. Bicycles and horses are allowed on many trails, such as those in Riverbend Park in Jupiter.

FTA’s regular volunteer activities are a great way to meet new friends and help out the local environment.

Individual annual memberships start at $35. Family annual memberships start at $50.

CLUB SCRUB

Mountain bikers can meet lots of peddling pals when you buy them a membership to Club Scrub.

Members have chipped in their time and elbow grease to build more than 10 miles of trail that run through the scrub and over ancient sand dunes at Jonathan Dickinson State Park. From flowing trails to difficult climbs and jumps, there is sure to be something for everyone, beginner to advance. Members hold regular biking events at the park.

Family and individual memberships start at $40 annually.

JUPITER OUTDOOR CENTER

Kayaking, bicycling, canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding – the wilderness adventurer on your list will be thrilled to get a gift certificate from Jupiter Outdoor Center.
