Thank Goodness it’s Florida Friday (Part 2)

Also, come try our new class ,Friday mornings at 9:30, Yogaboarding with Heather! New students get 2 classes for the price of 1.

Heather began practicing yoga over ten years ago.  Having taken many classes at gyms and studios, attending an Intuitive Yoga class with Mark Maldonado at Sports Yoga M2 was the prerequisite to pursuing her yogic journey.   Always intrigued with the mind-body connection, Heather received her B.S. in Psychobiology at FAU in 2005.  Through her journey she has always turned to yoga as a tool to manage her busy and changing lifestyle.  She had her calling to become a yoga teacher in the fall of 2009. She received a dual certification in Kripalu and Prem Yoga YTT in 2009.  Prem Shakti designated the name Sarasvati to Heather upon her graduation.  Sarasvati is the goddess of knowledge, learning, and wisdom.  Heather received this name in recognition of her passion to continue her studies and refine her skills of this ancient wisdom.

Her classes promote inner balance, flexibility, range of motion, strengthening and lengthening muscles, and relaxation.

“Stress management is essential for anyone’s life style.  Yoga has helped me to manage and balance everyday obstacles and challenges.  Health and wellness should always be made a priority. Yoga practice and meditation will allow you to get to your source of growth and development to improve self-awareness and develop to your fullest potential.”
