Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Merit Badge Award Program

The Jupiter Outdoor Center is happy to announce the Stand Up Paddleboarding Merit Badge program now offered through the Boy Scouts of America. Scouts will learn about hazards you may encounter while paddling, and how to properly use safety equipment to avoid these hazards. We will also cover the different types of techniques for certain paddle strokes, and how to rescue yourself. Scouts will also then have the opportunity to complete the required skills needed to satisfy the requirements for the Boy Scout SUP award badge.
