Join us for a special limited time 90-minute kayaking and paddleboarding tour of the newest Jupiter paddling hot-spot, Fullerton Island. This special island was acquired by the town of Jupiter from the Fullerton family, and with the help of the Palm Beach County Department of
Environmental Resource Management, and the fact that Jupiter has become a paddlers and outdoor enthusiasts haven, it has been transformed into an island just for that purpose. Over 6 acres of the island were dredged to now form a lagoon with islands within it along with special initiatives to create a native ecosystem, conducive to sustaining the diverse flora and fauna found here in Jupiter. This special tour is led by an environmental educator and paddling guide from the Loxahatchee River Center, another partner organization focused on telling the ecological story of our amazing waterways, and will focus on telling you that story while exploring the island and surrounding Sawfish Bay. All ages and experience levels welcome.
New Moon Paddle Tour $40
When the Moon is new, the Luminaries — the Sun and Moon — are aligned in the same Zodiac sign. That makes it a charged time with concentrated energies of that sign. A New Moon is a symbolic point of attention, and a symbolic portal for new beginnings. New Moons are a great time to set intentions for things you’d like to create, develop, cultivate, make manifest. There are many ways to initiate this communion with the Universe from lighting a candle, to elaborate rituals, or by taking a 1 ½ to 2 hour guide-led journey on a kayak or paddleboard (hint hint) throughout the beautiful and renewing waterways of Jupiter.
